Create your custom order on Order.ShultsFord.com and then submit vehicle preferences. Someone at Shults Ford will contact you. Theyā€™ll verify your desired vehicle, explore potential incoming stock and then arrange to submit your order to Ford. Read more about our process here https://order.shultsford.com/.

Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, a dealer representative will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the sale and schedule a convenient time and location for final delivery to you.
Toggle ContentWe will deliver your vehicle as far as 100 miles from our dealership. Please reach out to our team to see if your desired delivery location is eligible. Delivery charges may apply as to cover expenses such as gas and tolls; please reach out to our team for questions.
Lead times will vary by model and configuration, but Ford will make every effort to expedite your order. Our best estimation for delivery time is about 6-months, but please contact our team to learn more regarding your specific vehicle choice. Rest assured, Ford is prioritizing direct dealership orders, making custom orders for a new Ford car or truck the fastest route to take.
Ford does not charge extra for customer orders. In most circumstances, there are additional rebates and incentives available from Shults Ford to reward our customers for their patience. Shults Ford also does not charge over MSRP on our vehicles.
Financing is typically taken care of at the time of vehicle delivery. We are happy to help you do this in person or online, and weā€™ll help you through your options as much or as minimally as youā€™d prefer. We at Shults Ford are able to provide you the VIN once itā€™s been established; you will also receive notifications from Ford with the progress of your vehicle.

Working with Shults Ford, you always have the opportunity to cancel my order or switch out your vehicle choice for another model. Until the vehicle is built, you have the ability to change aspects of the vehicle to your liking. Please contact your sales consultant for questions about making changes to your order.

Custom orders require a $500 deposit. All custom orders are refundable, up until the point of delivery.
